CEQA Notice of Public Review and Intent to Adopt and Mitigated Negative Declaration
The CEQA notice provides the public an opportunity to review the potential environmental impacts of a proposed project. The project includes for revisions to the Pleasant Hill BART Specific Plan, Rezoning, and Development Plan for office, retail, residential, and parking garage. The proposed project is a result of a series of public design charrette and includes the New Pleasant Hill BART Station Property Codes and Architectural Standards. View PDF
Pleasant Hill BART Pedestrian/Bicycle Overcrossing Community Design Program
The Redevelopment Agency has conducted three community workshops to determine a design for the Pedestrian/Bicycle Overcrossing. The overcrossing will provide a safe crossing over Treat Blvd for users of the Iron Horse Trail. On June 24, the Agency will hold a workshop to reach consensus on the final design of the bridge. The workshop will be at Embassy Suites at 7:00 pm near the Pleasant Hill BART station.
