Redevelopment Plan
The plan is a legal framework that is similar to the preliminary plan in that it is crafted according to strict state mandated guidelines. The plan provides for the possibility of economic development to public infrastructure type projects. The specifics of carrying out these projects are not stated at this step in the process. It is in the Five Year Implementation Plan that specific projects get funding allocated after consultation with the community.
